I’m a loner guy who was born with heart problems. How can you not be depressed about this?

I’m in college, but haven’t had girlfriends (not the best looking guy) and do alright in school, but there are so many who can do better.

Why do I have to live like this? Always worried about my health, with more surgeries coming.
I hate being like this. I’d give anything to be a normal guy.
